Alfred S. Holbrook III, Chairman - Director
A nationally recognized
expert on founding and developing over 25 companies related to the senior
living industry, Mr. Holbrook is Chairman of Solomon Senior Living Holdings,
LLC, an owner/operator of senior living assets. Throughout his career,
Mr. Holbrook has acted as development and management advisor to owners
and operators of developments valued at more than one billion dollars.
Al’s prior experience in developing four senior living and medical
device companies provides empirical expertise in start-up, development,
branding, capital formation, ancillary development, and managing growth
with company culture, mission and purpose.

Laurie L. Holbrook, Director of Interior Design & Best
Practices
Laurie
Holbrook has been active in the design of environments for older adults
for over 15 years. Mrs. Holbrook has been involved with the design
of all levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and
Alzheimer’s/dementia care. Formerly, Ms. Holbrook was a Field
Manager in Trammell Crow Interiors build-out group. Most recently, leading
Abbey Hall Interior Design, a Solomon affiliate, Laurie has been involved
in over $30,000,000 of furniture procurement and installation including
innovative practices to execute home-like, healing models and common spaces.
Mrs. Holbrook plays a key development and project managerial role for
new and rehabbed Solomon communities.

R. Bradley Bryant, Chief Financial Officer - Director
Mr.
Bryant is Solomon’s Chief Financial Officer with a focused emphasis
on compliance, audits, forensic accounting, preparation of financial projections/regulatory
filings and general business advice to the organization. Brad’s
previous employment with a regional accounting firm as a business consultant
and Naval background in contracting and logistics provides him the expertise
to drive Trinity’s financial success story in these areas. Brad’s
specialties include financial compliance, logistics, information technology,
analytical analysis, contract negotiation, vendor relations, and a specialty
in insurance and accounting/taxation strategies.

Victoria Curl, President of Asset Management
Ms. Curl possesses over 25 years of commercial real estate experience in various asset classes including senior housing, medical office, commercial office and retail. Her senior management responsibilities have included head of Asset Management for Mutual of New York, EdenCare Senior Living as well as major REITS such as CNL and HCP, the country's largest healthcare REIT. Her expertise was instrumental in maximizing the value of the respective portfolios through strong leadership and focus on bottom-line performance. Victoria will be responsible for all areas of asset management within the Trinity portfolio including leasing and marketing, operations, and value enhancement.

Bill
Holbrook, Director of Corporate Affairs
Mr.
Holbrook has over twenty years of business experience in the areas of
sales, management and human resources. His leadership and consulting skills
have led to multimillion dollar agreements with several Fortune 500 companies.
Bill supports Trinity and other Solomon related companies in purchasing
programs, capital expenditure management, contract negotiations, corporate
marketing and start-up/project management for new property development.
Mr. Holbrook is also spearheading many of Solomon’s ancillary development
initiatives including Trinity Home Care.

Angela Hatney, Company Development Officer
Ms.
Hatney has over twelve years of direct experience in assisted living including
positions with Sunrise Senior Living Services and Atria. While at Atria,
Angela was employed as Divisional Human Resources Manager over 28 communities.
Angela was also employed as the Development Manager for a Rehabilitation
and Therapy Group. Most recently, Angela has played a key operational
and marketing role in the corporate offices of Trinity, specializing in
marketing, revenue enhancement, branding and human resources.

Stuart Mottern, Investment Consultant
Mr.
Mottern has a strong track record of creating value through managing and
investing in healthcare real estate. He spent several years with a multi-billion
dollar REIT, where he managed several property portfolios, including several
Brighton Gardens portfolios. In his asset management role, he delivered
significant cash flow improvements, maximizing asset performance and investment
returns. Stuart has Big 4 accounting and consulting background, and Fortune
500 experience, where he did M&A, strategic planning and financial
analysis. He has also participated in continuing education courses through
the Johns Hopkins University Senior Living Program.

Charles Mbamara, CPA, MS Controller
Mr.
Mbamara has 20 years of business experience in home care, senior living
and family care services. Previously, Charles was employed as an Internal
Auditor for Merrill Lynch, The Visiting Nurse Service of New York (a billion
dollar company), Operations and Business manager for The Jewish Board
of Family and Children Services, New York, and CFO, Bronx Home Care Services,
NY. Mr. Mbamara specialties with Trinity include finance & accounting,
forensic analytics, loan compliance and internal audit.

Jim Chiavetta, Director & Advisor
Mr.
Chiavetta is a strategic advisor to Solomon in the areas of Mergers &
Acquisitions, ancillary services with an emphasis in medication management,
capital formation, and applied technology. Over Jim’s 25-year
career he has been involved in 14 major acquisition transactions, both
as buyer & seller. Mr. Chiavetta’s strengths include logistics
engineering, refinancing and IPO preparation. Solomon is a founder, advisor
and investment partner with TabSafe Medical Services, www.tabsafe.com,
of which Jim is the Chairman and CEO.

Stan Brading, Legal Advisor
Stan
Brading practices in the areas of corporate, real estate, tax, and health
care law, including tax exempt bond financing and tax credits. He has
closed over $1 billion of tax exempt bond and tax credit financings as
borrower’s counsel, bond counsel, trustee’s counsel, or underwriter’s
counsel. He has an industry specialization in housing projects for
the elderly, including assisted living and senior independent living,
as well as affordable housing projects utilizing federal and state tax
credits. Mr. Brading is a frequent speaker at national and local
seminars on topics such as combining low income housing tax credits with
tax exempt bond financing, tax exempt organizations in Georgia, and health
law in Georgia.

David Tyler, Acquisitions Advisor
A
15 year real estate veteran, David is a Director of Evergreen Realty,
a Solomon affiliate. Most recently, David has been President & Owner
of David C. Tyler Realty, Inc. d.b.a. Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES),
an Atlanta based firm specializing in commercial office leasing, pre-development,
land acquisitions, property sales and consulting. Mr. Tyler has worked
with the principles of Solomon for the last 15 years in securing specialized
sites, including many of the initial sites at EdenCare Senior living Services.

Paula K. Beville, Operations Advisor
For
the past 20 years, P.K. Beville has designed and implemented mental health
services, including specialized memory impairment staff training programs,
to more than 1,000 senior living communities throughout the United States.
Mrs. Beville is known for her production of training videotapes and test
materials used by Psychologists and Social Workers. Solomon is a
founding sponsor of Second Wind Dreams, www.secondwind.org, of which P.K.
is the founder and Chairman. Mrs. Beville and Second Wind Dreams
provide operational support in the areas of resident activities, family/staff
training and special events to inspire Trinity customers.
